Certain species such as Guppies, Mollies and assorted
Brackish fish demand a slightly salty environment. This
formula has been designed to aid these species in resis-
ting the development of disease by providing a natural
environment that encourages a strong self immune response.
The salt is fortified with a mild chemical to further aid
in reducing the chance of disease flare-ups.
DOSE: Add water to the top of the salt. Recap the jar and shake
until a bright orange mixture appears. Add 1 tablespoon of the mix-
ture to each 10 NET gallons of aquarium water. After water changes,
considering the amount of water replaced in the tank add the appro-
pirate amount of SSP/
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS: SSP is a powerful salt concentrate that
prevents and controls * Common Livebearer Fish Disease * Collapsed
Fins * Poor Fish Health * Shimmy * Deterioration of Appetite and White
Body Slime.
SSP
is all fish safe and when used as directed will not
affect the biological filter.
FOR BEST RESULTS: Use
SSP
when making water changes. To pre-
pare a new or old aquarium or gravel for use, use
SSP
as a tank scrub
and gravel soak. Pour a generous amount of mixture into a bowl and
dissolve with minimum amount of water Soak sponge or clean cloth in
solution and scrub the inside of the tank. When clearing gravel, place 5
teaspoons of mixture to each gallon of water. Agitate to free particles
and debris and soak for 5 minutes. Rinse tank and gravel well with tap
water and the tank and gravel are ready for set-up.
