How to ferment dried cutch tree water.
- 20 liter of water + 20 g. of dried cutch tree( acacia catechu)+small amount of salt in the container.
- Soak of 2 days.(should oxigenation while soaking).
- Scoop out only the dried cutch tree.
- Close the container,waiting until out of smell.
Note
: You can reuse the dried cutch tree by sun dried.
How to use the dried cuth tree fermented water.
- 1 of fermented water : 10 of water ( add small amount of salt to PH balancing )
- After mixed, the color of water should not too intensive.
Note
: Please beware that too intensive ferment water cause to fish eye is blemish.
