Cox Sea bee gas powered blue boat .049 engine from the 1960's with owners manual

Description

While I wish I could claim that I never used this boat, the truth is I used it a lot and had fun with it as a kid.  I remember having some engine problems with it (the pull cord never retracted back fully) and it has sat in storage since the 60's. I've cleaned it up as best I can, the body looks good from the outside. The inside has some oil reside in the corners that I can't get out and it has something red stuck to the inside bottom of the boat (I kind of think it might be some old silly string that was never cleaned up and has now harden)
Included is the boat, Owner's manual and the Engine manual. The tether harness (a coat hanger wire like thing) is missing.
